Never thought I would be so excited to have the two year warranty over. Now I can take our trailer to someone that knows how to service RV's. I will not take ours back to the dealer we purchased it from again or buy anything from them ever. Not sure how Dealers stay in business when they have absolutely no customer service.

Same here. Next month my 2 year warranty ends. Now I will use my extended warranty wherever I choose to. Closer to home is going to be nice.

I personally wish my warranty was longer. I have never taken mine back to a dealer. I have a mobile tech that Redwood approved and they come over and fix anything I can't or will not. I do have to pay the100.00 service call but that beats dragging it 200 miles to a dealer. Being we live in it right now sitting on a dealers lot is out of the question. We submit the bill to redwood and are reimbursed within 3 weeks. Have done this for the last 2 years and Redwood has been great

Agree with Shane. We don't live in ours full time but we have worthless or useless dealers in CT. Have always used our mobile tech since 2006 and I pay him up front and submit the invoice myself to RW and within 2-3 weeks I have a check.
Never a problem!
