The original order went in 12/31/11. But the first coach they sent me was not the floor plan we discussed. That was First week of March. This will be the second one that we agreed on the floor plan changes. So I don't think you can use my schedule.

Hot Tub? Should have thought of that!!! The original floor plan they could not build as they thought. So we went back to the floor plan and they rearranged to get closer to what I wanted. So I am going today to see it. Fingers crossed!

I hope yourwalk trough of the 39HH went better then ours did today. We were very dissapointed with the new floor plan and how they didn't make any attempt to seal the garage off from the living area. We have been waiting for a couple months for this new floor plan and had a dealstarted withone dealer to order but when I said that I wanted to see one before I signed on the dotted line talks and dealer promisses started to fall apart. So we walked away from that dealer and talked to LazyDays in FL. Flew down friday to look at the new 39HH today and WOW!So not what we had hoped for. Garage floor on that same level between the living area and less then 1/4" threshhold up under the sliding doors between the living area and the garage.
It made it easy for the liquids and fumes to get into the living area and the floor plan didnt flow either. So I think that we are going to plan B and ordering a small enclosed trailer to haul the toy's and order a 36FL to live in.
Texas Rider did you like your walk through any better this time? This was our last chance to settle on a TH
for a toy hauler in a full time didnt care for the Excel WC either. We really like the Redwoods. looking at the 36FL now.

I've wanted a toy hauler every since they first started coming out. But I've never found a floor plan that would work for us. In my opinion you give up too much to haul your toys. I think you're on the right track with a small wagon behind you.

Left you an email. For me this floor plan works well. I will use the garage to haul golf cart and use is as a second bedroom for the family. You do give up some space but i like to 2 doors to the back. There are some things they are fixing and hope to get delivery on Thursday. I actually will use the back door as an entrance and have a chair by the front door. That way shoes, boots and dogs will come through the garage first. If I didn't go with the HH I probably would have looked at the FL. Either way they did a much better job on this floor plan than the first one. I will let you know how it goes as I will be leaving next week for a 2 week trip.

I didnt mind the floor plan it wasn't that. It was the fact that the garage was wide open to the living area. Even with the doors closed. If your were to put anything in there that vents off fumes then they will get into the living area because of the 3 inch gap under the doors. When they made the doors they didnt take the doorto the floor and add a weather strip. They cut them 3inches off the floor and slide them ito the walls. Its to bad they didint adda regular door. There was plenty of room for one. We are going to be living in our's and Iwanteda barrierbetween garage and living area. I was told that there was by Andy but I guess we have different views as to what a barrieractuallydoes.

Hello, I am a Redwood wantabee and have been lurking on the forum for some time. Hope to purchase a 34SK one of these days.

To those of you who may have or are buying a 34SK what is the emptypin weight? When the specs first came out, I believe the pin weight waslisted as 3300 lbs. It was changed to 2200 lbs. a few weeks ago. However, the axle weight and pin weight does not addup the shipping weight as it does on otherfloor plans. Just trying to figure out the weights.
