Has anybody tried one of the "Pocket Hose" yet? They advertise that they are good for RV's and in theory if they take up less space they could be good BUT do they work and are they safe for fresh water?

I carry about 200 ft of water hose with me and it'd be great if these actually work due to space savings.

I've used it on boats before and worked well. Have to say though that I didn't use it as a fresh water hose.

Dave,

Used one on our sailboat as well... they have a plastic film on the inside so should be ok for fresh water... we used it to top off our tank used for making tea, etc.
