We have a 2014 38RL and had the same problem. The control panel would light up but the refrigerator wouldn’t come on. When I tried the light above the stove the control panel went dark. After tracing wires I found corroded connectors under the trailer. It was where the wiring for the slide connects to the main harness above the shielding for the underside. I replaced all the connectors with heat shrinkable butt connectors. I don’t know if this will help but look for low voltage.

Without having much info to go on I would say the control board behind the frig is gone. Dinosaur electronics make a aftermarket board that is a direct fit and much more reliable. I would say pull the outside panel off the coach and then pull the black olastic cover off the spark board , most likely will find a burned spot on the board , at least that's what I found on my Dometic frig in the holiday rambler. it only took about 45 mins to swap the board and You can get them on Amazon.
