Will depend if you have a new enough RW that has that option. Many of don't have that feature, as it was introduced recently (don't know exactly when).

There is a lever on the left side of the TV that you push down. I suspect if you don't have the lever then you don't have it. HOWEVER, I am sure you could easily install it if you wanted it. I would ask RW to send you the necessary brackets. I LOVE THIS FEATURE in ours. Our entire "office" is back there... Just looking for a super small printer that will fit. Good luck!

We have a 36RL and our main tv has a little chain with a ring hanging down in the back of the tv. Pull it down and this allows you to articulate your tv.

depends on the model and the month-year build of your coach...
our 2014 07-13 28gk has a 55" LG and no releasable pivot... the pic below is from the bottom of the tv looking up (just had enough room to stick the cellphone in there and start clicking !) and shows the bottom lock and top knob to loosen it...

it was a BEAR to hookup hdmi, directv, usb extension cables, and head phones

I will say I did release the mounting bar locks and tried to take it off the mounts to do all that, but no way I was SAFELY getting it off without help !
