I pulled down the ad, the houses start $200. It would be a great snow bird place and a place to keep the RV at the same time. There are some nice advantages having the RV attached rather than in a detached garage. Considering how hot it gets in Florida, would the garages have to have AC? I'm sure they are insulated.

They have the same in Arizona and Nevada. They definitely need the a.c. in the garage. A buddy thought he would leave his air off in Lake Havasu in the summer. Went back and the front window on his DP was folded out from the top ready to hit the concrete after the caulking around the window melted
