Interesting - which campground are you at - I looked it up and see 3, but I've never been there.

At Stone Mountain CG, just outside of Atlanta for a couple of weeks, then heading to Milton FL to be with Family for the Labor Day weekend.

Since school is back in, the CG is on offseason hours and not very full at all.

We're at Vallecito Resort. It's kind of tight but we fit in here. Quite a canopy overhead as well glad I have the portable Dish for TV.

cool - thanks for the info LWG!

If you get a chance - about 45 minutes south of you at Arboles to Navajo State Park (CO side) is one of our favorite state parks and a bit more room to spread out.

Currently at Toronto North/Cookstown KOA, spending a week with family after the Rally, then we continue the sojourn East to Nova Scotia

Stone Mountain State Park (Atlanta GA)

We are at Stone Mountain SP near Atlanta GA for a couple of weeks working in the Atlanta area.

This is one of our favorite CGs, large State Park with lots of things to do inside the park, plus only about 10 miles to Atlanta.

They have a Steam operated train that takes passenger's around the mountain, a Cable Tram that takes people to the top of the mountain and a Laser Light Show projected on the side of the mountain.

This is one of our favorite sites, it is the highest site in the loop and has nobody next to us.

Now that school is back in, it is pretty quiet here on the weekdays.

Alabama and Georgia have very nice State Parks, not all of Georgia's are full hook up though.

Full hookups sometimes make an ugly park beautiful!

We like to go to Lake Powell in Bullfrog, and they have beautiful campsites by the water with no hookups, and a few full hookup sites on top of an ugly rock. Guess where we go

I have a 35 gallon turd toater that I prefer not to use. Have for washing and such on gray water only.

Actually with this 100 gal fresh water and the ability to tow it, we have ventured well out of our comfort with full hookups to explore parks we normally would not have tried. We have gotten pretty good at running 3 days on no water or sewer, and 30A....even 20A

I'm in the South for a while, we have been running in the uppers 90's with 100% humidity. Heat index of 105-110. Once we get to North Carolina/Alabama in October this will be possible.

I think I could go 5-7 days with a full tank of fresh water. But there's only 2 of us so that helps.

My wife is a 50 Amp Queen

In the last 3 years of fulltiming in our 5ers we have had 30 amp a couple of times but we do not boondock or run with no water or sewer connections.

Since most of our stays are 2 weeks at a time, we cannot carry enough water and do not even have a "Blue Boy" for the sewer with us (got rid of it years ago)

I'm getting older about to turn 60. I did the tent camping thing. We are both retire with a Redwood that has more stuff than my house does. I'm not a Happy Camper any more, I'm a blessed RVer.

We are in North Muskegon, MI staying at Duck Creek RV park. It is really nice with cement pads for RV's and playgrounds and pools. I am here to photograph a wedding so we won't have time for swimming this weekend. We stopped to pick up our RW from Tiara RV in Elkhart, IN. They were working on the air conditioner. Air conditioner is working much better and our broken blind will be shipped to our house. So our 36RL has a sheet hanging on the end window for privacy. But we are happy it is getting fixed! I went though a 38 MB and thought I wanted to have that model one day, but they will have to add two feet and a full pantry to make it my dream RV.

Currently in Campark Resort in Niagara Falls, ONT. Playing tourist for a few days then we head to a dealer to get our kitchen sink plumbing fixed.

We've slowly made our way south from Shipshewana and are now in the Graceland RV Park in Memphis, TN. Spotted another Redwood in the park. Hope to say hi before we leave here.
