I found an error code on the 2 motor sync controller for motor 2. I spoke to the dealer and I am taking it in tomorrow for diagnostics. The motor is out I believe, however, they will let me know for sure.
I did contact Redwood and essentially convinced them that my coach needed to be taken to the Service Center and repaired properly. They, actually are picking it up from me next week and taking to the Service Center for all the necessary repairs. They are aware of the dealer. The dealer that did the work was recommended to me by Redwood but they are very small and are a Crossroads Dealer, not Redwood. Up until this experience, they hadn't had any complaints by customer who had used them. I doubt they would recommend them to anyone now. I don't want to get into any legal action with the dealer so I will not mention their name but they are located in Texas and are very small. The tech just hasn't had the experience necessary to do the repairs right.
