Ron called me from the service center and apologized for their phones going out. I then got several emails making sure that I was well taking cared of. The part gets in the mail on Monday and I should have it Tuesday.
The whole Redwood team was concerned and worried that I was stuck in a campground. Luckily the rig was parked in my driveway. I believe I could have ran some jumper wires and gotten on the road if it was an emergency.
It was refreshing to hear that they were as concerned as I was about the situation, unfortunately I didn't get the same enthusiasm from the dealer.
