A few weeks ago my LCD panel went out on my "Level Up" system. The screen went dark but the system actually still worked so I wasn't overly concerned about it. Yesterday as I walked past my trailer I heard a familiar beeping sound. As I tracked the beeps, I found it was coming from the leveling system. This was the same beep that the unit omits when it's done leveling. To get the system to stop beeping I reached through the back side and unplugged it.

This morning I was on the phone with Ron at the factory and their phones must have gone out before I was able to relate to him what the problem was. After a several unsuccessful phone attempts I ended up emailing Andy and he came to the rescue by emailing the team for me.

It's never a question of "if something breaks" that matters. More importantly the question is "how do they handle it when something breaks". I called my dealer and all I got from the service department was "ya we don't have those in stock". No other solutions were offered.

Redwood once again has surpassed my expectations.

Ron called me from the service center and apologized for their phones going out. I then got several emails making sure that I was well taking cared of. The part gets in the mail on Monday and I should have it Tuesday.

The whole Redwood team was concerned and worried that I was stuck in a campground. Luckily the rig was parked in my driveway. I believe I could have ran some jumper wires and gotten on the road if it was an emergency.

It was refreshing to hear that they were as concerned as I was about the situation, unfortunately I didn't get the same enthusiasm from the dealer.

YES ....The control panel just snaps in place and has one plug on back.

I got a similar reaction from Redwood when my spring came apart at the campground. They jumped through hoops to get me a spring because they knew I was stranded.

Dave,

Glad to hear that the Redwood folks are still keeping up the good customer service.
