Tires

Has anyone switched from left to right or visa versa with their G14's??

Yes. I was getting uneven wear on the inner rib which I was told could be an issue with the 614s. Ultimately, I went with Titan Guy's set-up.

Every year when I packed the bearings I would switch spots with all the tires, had no issues doing so.

I wasn't sure I know some tires your not suppose to run backwards, thanks for the info

That's only for directional tires. And in a trailer application, I don't think it would matter much, if any.

In the early days the cords in a radial tire would try to overlap each other if you changed direction when rotating tires, but that issue was resolved quite a while ago.

looking at the tires and will have to replace at least 2 of them. I have about 35,000 on them and 1 is down past the wear mark. None of them seem to be wearing properly/even. 1 axle is physically shorter than the other by 1.5 inch and the guy at the dealership thinks that 1 spring hanger may have been welded at the wrong spot therefore twisting the set up. All the "plastic" bushing were beat out and replaced with brass. Don't have the money this year but will look at replacing the axles with 8k next but will have to figure out alignment first.
