I think my wife said congratulations in another post so enjoy and have fun.
At 25 I had just purchased my house and I had a a 78' Dodge MH. Was a great little camper. It was the replacement for an older 23' TT Prowler.

In a couple years I plan to stay at Mission Beach for a month or two. I should have bought a home in San Diego in the 80's while I was in the Navy.

That's because these are supposedly 4 season coaches and you only have 1 season there 78 degrees

No, enjoyed my four years in San Diego, left with my Engineering Degree and lot of good memories. How about you?

That's great. Thank you for your service!
Are you going to try dry camping out in Anza Borego Springs? Yuma is great too, and this is the right time of the year to be in the desert.

My job position doesn't allow me to travel or get away very much right now, this time of the year is quite busy in the cardiac cath lab. Everyone has these huge holiday meals and they start having heart attacks!

It's probably good then that I try to have huge meals throughout the year. That way I don't shock my system during the holidays.

Bjesquivel,
We are 150 miles north of SD near LA, but we get down there a couple times a year. We like the KOA in Chula Vista. Not on the beach or Bay, but not as crowded and lots of stuff for our grandkids to do when they tag along. Plus the bikeway runs right by the campground.
