Hello, Just back from Hershey show 2012and ordered a 2013 38 BR by Redwood, I have been lurking on this forum for a while, after meeting Andy and Hilton (Reps) from Redwood at the show I think I made the right choice. I'm havingthem install a large rear window in the backand office desk with overhead cabinets above so I can use the "bonus room" for a office also opted for washer and dryer and convection oven only, as we never use the oven or stovetop now. I am just hoping it fits on our seasonal site in the campground.

Welcome to the family. Even with the little issues that you get with any new coach (and I know from full-timing and selling RVs) - Redwood is by far hands down a great unit.

Thanks for the welcome Happy Camper & Dave & Ginny. Being new to the 5th wheel family, I'm sure I will have many questions forthcoming in the near future. I haveread over every post and keep going back over them for any issues that I should address with Andy & Hilton (Redwood rep's) concerning the build. If anyone has any suggestions please post them. Again thanks for all the information from all of you and thanks for the welcome.

Chris & Laurie, Congrats on your new purchase. If you think you might add a roof top sat dish at some point you may want the factory to install some additional cables. They do install some, but if you're like us we have a DVR for the Living Room TV, and two additional Rcvrs, one in the bedroom and the other setup for the basement area. So we had the Factory install 4 cables from the roof to these locations.
BTW in June we were down in your area for the North Eastern Montana Rally at Old Mill Stream CG, right next to Dutch Wonderland.

Thanks for the welcome mhs4771, I'm glad to know this info before they start the build, I will have them include these just in case. I have been to Old Mill before and its an okay park if you have little ones to go to DWL. We have a seasonal site at Spring Gulch CG about 6 miles from our home so we spend alot of time there anymore, its nice to be able to go up for dinner after work and they have a swimming pool and hot tub as well. We have a 29 foot Sunset Limited now and looking forward to our new home. thanks again for the great ideas, its better to have them included before the build, than after.
