Ordered a 2013 34 SK today.
I did not order the G 614 Tires. After much tire research I decided the best course for me was to take delivery with the Marathon tire. I will then take those off and replace them with Michlein XPS RIB LT235 85 16E's. Most of the articles I've read and tire guys I've talked to say that this is an excellent 10 ply tire with steel belted sidewalls ( should take care of any worries about sidewall bulging). This tire also runs at 80psi which means it will work with the stock wheels. I plan to sell the Marathon's for $100 ea so my changeover cost will be $700 to $800. Much better choice for me over the $2450 upgrade price for the G614's. Michlein has always been my first choice after OEM's wear out on all my vehicles and I have never had a problem. If I have any problems with this set-up I'll let you know. My projected delivery date is 5/1/12, so I will not be participating in any "Woody" rallies until after that date. For the Western Chapter maybe we should give some thought to a fall "Woody" at Lake Tahoe. Beautiful Lake and great Casinos BTW EXCELLENT TIRE ARTICLE .http://www.thisoldcampsite.com/This_...e_Article.html
