Lre 4100

Anyone have any experience with the MorRyde LRE 4100 suspension- good or bad? I get the IS is a much better experience but wondering what the opinions are of the 4100?
Thanks

my 2020 3991 RD came stock with the morryde SRE4000 and it was a great addition over the stock suspension...

I said from day 1, IF one cannot afford the IS, the next best thing is the SRE4000..

DW even contemplated cancelling our appointment with Morryde to have the IS installed, but ultimately decided she wanted it.

** On Edit..**

I BELIEVE ( someone can correct me please) that when adding the Morryde while a manufacturer is building, that product is the LRE4100... when you upgrade yourself, that same item is SRE4000

We have the LRE 4100 on our 2021 Redwood 4001LK. Have not had any issues with it at all in the first 1000 miles, up and down the mountains from New York down to Tennessee.
Seems to be handling fine, no issues inside the fiver with stuff shifting or falling.
Considered just adding shocks and upgrading the wet bolts/shackles... we already have disc brakes..
Trying to determine if the $5k is worth it for the IS and what it will get us...

Thanks for your feedback.

It will all depend on how much you actually TOW...

If your sitting more than rolling, the LRE4000 is ok.. BUT you still have to worry about those buggy springs, and weak shackles and bolts.. The IS removes all that worry... And after all, our countries roads are not ALL great !

There have been many here that have experienced broken springs, spring perch, or shackles..

Additionally there have been numerous broken Wet Bolts, seems they're braking right at the grease hole in the center.

I have installed the SRE 4000 on our RW and it made a big difference. Make sure you install the X bars for better stability. That being said our good friends have the IS and if I was a Full timer I would invest the money.

I had a LCI version of the center trunnion before getting MoRryde IS , that system was a waste of time. I had a broken wet bolt on my way out the Elkhart to get IS installed , managed to get it to the shop with the spring riding on the frame and the bolt is some place between central PA and Elkhart Indiana. My wet bolts had been greased before every trip and didnt show any signs of wear compared to other trailer I have taken apart to install Dexter EZ.
