I would like to again commend Redwood for standing behind their product. I have been reading about others who were having problems with their front cap fading. This was happening to the non full body painted units. I am not full timing yet so my 31SL spends most of the time under a cover but sure enough after almost 2 years the front cap was starting to fade. I contacted Crossroads/Redwood and I was prepared to drive it to the service center for it to be painted. They asked me to check with local painters to see if they could do the job and to send Redwood an estimate. We have a local RV Collision Repair facility that sent an estimate to Redwood. Redwood approved the repair. I took It in last Monday and Wednesday it was done. It looks beautiful! I was told I would never have to worry about the cap again. Paint warranted for 10 years. I was required to pay for the service and then submit for reimbursement to Redwood. Submitted on Thursday, confirmed by Redwood on Friday.Waiting now for check. Wow! Great response Redwood!!

Just to give an update to the reimbursement on the painting of my 31SL front cap. It only took a little over 3 weeks from the time my paid invoice was submitted for Crossroads to send me a check. I was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks so I am a happy camper.
