Easy to replace, should be fine. I’ve done it too, but you never forget to turn it off once you’ve replaced it! Lowes and Home Depot carry them as well.

I have a 2019 3951 WB, and there is a cutoff valve under the oven, pull out the drawer and you should be able to see it. The valve mates the pex to the clear line for the icemaker.
