Our 2013 36 RE
Ours did the same, and was told it was a hitch problem. Turned out lazy days didn't tighten the hitch properly and caused the damage. Of coarse they denied it, but we lost two nuts from the hitch...

No problem. We replaced ours with a pillow top memory foam from Lazy Days. We have a 2013 Redwood 36RE. You'll also won't want to get out of bed in the morning either with that mattress.
