Slide leak

Has anyone had water on the carpet and Lino on the kitchen side slide on a 38rl when the slide has been pulled in. We pushed the slide out to open for the season and the carpet and Lino by the stairs were wet!

Do you have the ice maker ?? The white plastic line for it might be the source

has to be something on the slide seal or even roof. Those can be hard to find. It's either back to the Dealer or start hunting for potential leaks in the roof sealant or rubber slide seals.

problem is, water can travel so don't totally focus on that slide.

Make sure to check the antenna boot on the roof. It seems many have had issues with that and it will cause a leak inside.

Yes, on the ant. boot been der, dun dat !

and second the ice maker line, been der, done dat too

If it had water in it from testing/pdi, not drained, then froze, then thawed, it would run out under the cabinets next to the fridge...

good luck..

If it your unit had water and was not winterized you may need to check for cracked hoses, blown joints or even worse. Before you go further verify with dealer if they winterized? If they say "yes" check for pink in system. If none present they are to blame.

My curb side dining slide seems to leak (front towards king pin - over the tile floor. Back side has always seemed dry over the carpeting) at times after a rain storm, sometimes even in a light rain. Its been back to the factory and they adjusted the slides and even had it back to the Rain Booth for testing since I had some storage doors and the bedroom slide leaking - that has helped a lot with the storage doors and bedroom slide, but still not 100% fixed on the dining slide. I store it at home where I can keep an eye on it - and do check it often! So I would say maybe check the slide gaskets and the slide for proper adjustment, left, right, up and down.. Good Luck!!
