Travler SK1000 Dish Satelite

does anyone know the maximum wind tolerance for a Winegard traveler sk 1000 satelite?

I think I would contact Winegard support if this is an issue. Ask the builder

Winegard has said.
"If the customer is willing to be in the coach, the winds are not high enough to require stowing the unit."

I would agree with you, the only reason I can see that wind would have much effect on the dish is the aim and its ability to stay on the satellite. Heavy rain/ snow that is a different story, that will affect the dish and the signal strength.

Coming home from AZ a couple of years ago, we spent the last night in NE Oregon, in early April, we had winds so strong that the wind was pushing the street side slide in a bit. I was so afraid that the dish would be torn right off the roof, so I stowed it for the rest of the night. Only time that has happened in 10 years on the road.
