Here's my friends rig. It's set up to carry either a Jeep Wrangler or a Mini Cooper behind the cab. Overall rig is 73'. So far no issues and lots of thumbs up from truckers.

Don't know Tom ~ this is Rick Olson's personal rig. Owner and maker of Comfort Ride Hitch. He built the bed in his shop. Really neat rig.

i ll take one what r the costs on a setup like this ?
still cheaper than a 3500 anything
does this require a cdl or class a drivers licence also?

You can get a decent RV Hauler for under $45K. Depending upon your domicile, you may need a CDL.

This way you can check your 5th wheel lights by simply by looking into your rearview mirrors! No need for a spotter! Why didn't I think of that?
