Bo Dually

Still looking ! You might call Dave LeFlore at EXPLORE USA in Canton Texas about 2 hrs south of Ft Worth for a great deal and it"s not like driving to Florida. For a very competitive rate call Robert Roe at EXPLORE USA in FT. Worth both numbers on the internet

Lillyputz

Lillyputz, what dealer did you purchase from that takes two days to do the PDI? That sounds like a very good dealer!
Windish RV Lakewood Co.

I heard some dealers need to hold on to there orders, untill they have five. so they can get a better price. dealers that sell alot of there units, send in the orders as they receive them. might tell you something about pricing.

Thanks KR2011, we do want that full body paint so it looks like we need to get those competitive bids started soon! Thanks for the heads up.

Hi Bo,

depending on the model you want, last week when I picked mine up in Kansas City the dealer had a black and red Redwood on his lot for sale. He also had a black and silver one too.

We ordered ours from Windish in Lakewood CO on 03-26 and am being told about May 22. We will see if that date holds. I know the full body paint will take longer.

I think they're being overly optimistic. We ordered the 16th of Feb and we given a 30 Apr tentative date, which has now slipped several days to 02 May. Unless the Dealer has one in the Mfr'ing que that they can mod to meet your needs it might be do able.</span>

Bryan

Aren't you going to give the dealer time to clean yours up and do their PDI before you pick it up?

Bryan...That's great about your own shop...I just remembered that all the new ones on lots that I have seen lately have had sawdust on floors and smudges and or bird poop on them from their long journeys.

Trying to keep Bryan from his trailer at this point is like holding back a race horse on race day. He'll deal with the mess

Sorry to hear about the screw up. How does the trailer look otherwise? I have a hitch problem myself right now. I'm dealing on a new dually and that means I have to take the new B/w set up out of my truck and then re-install it in the new truck. It shouldn't be hard to do but I'm going on vacation with the rig a week from tomorrow and I'm running out of time.

Dave buy a ford with the factory fifth wheel mount. I have a factory Ford 25k hittch and goose ball that I used Onnce in the yard before I put my flat bed on. I have the mounting bracket as well if you would need it.

Congrats to all you guys that have gotten or are getting your rigs this week... I know how excited you all are to finally have the wait over. Now the fun can begin.

How about we post pics of our mods in the forum so others of us can see how they look.
This forum need a few more categories.

Bryan, congrats on your new trailer. Bet you'll be sleeping in the dealers lot tonight.
I'm sure that you will be surprised how the Redwoods look "in the raw". The dealer's cleanup makes them beautiful and ready for travel. In the end, you will be better off getting all the sawdust out at once than to have it "appear" everytime you tow it somewhere. Ha Ha.
