That's alright, they have a post on one of the Forums (forget exactly which one) that has been removed because of the Legal Action they are starting, against that Forum's policy.

I think he is referring to the RV.Net forum. There was a post there and is was deleted with an explanation of deleting for legal action reasons. I have not deleted anything in that regard from this forum. The administrator may have but haven't seen it. This forum is being monitored.

I bought from Primeaux as well, I have had problems and they have handled most and the one the didn't was due to Redwood parts and approvals. Rick Eubanks sold us our our Redwood and has been great through it all.

The forum doesn't belong to Redwood, it belongs to the owners of a Redwood, that should be the only qualifications for access to the forum. If we need to give our last four numbers of our vin number that Redwood uses for service for verification that we own so be it. I hope Redwood is listening to us the people who bought there product so we can get better service so lawsuits aren't needed.

I have found that there are no "rights" associated with a forum.
The administrators are judge and jury, and the owner is the owner. We are just members. Good or bad, it is what it is.
Owning a Redwood just means you own a Redwood.

I just pray that everyone having problems with their Redwoods get them fixed in a good time frame, I joined to help people. RVing is our ministry while on the road.
