Storage compartment replacement double door seal

Hello, my passthrough leaks when it rains. The funny thing is when I get out to look water is puddled in the middle of the compartment. Both sides at the doors appear to have been leaking. I think, I have the pull up door fixed by adding silicone sealant across the top hinge. However, I still have a leak on the other double door side. The seal is very compressed. I would like to replace it. Has anyone done it and what have you used? I don't know that even that would fix it. I believe it is leaking at the upper door locking pin itself. There is a big gap between the between the RV body and the door. Nevertheless, I want to try. Thanks

I had an issue with one of my compartments with water coming in. The entire seal was tight.

I don’t know if your situation is the same as what I experienced, but:

I inspected the latch catch. It was the culprit. Water runs down the compartment door frame and collects at the bottom of the frame. The latch catch, at least mine, had 2 screws that secured it to the lower
door frame, and is sealed with a flimsy gasket. I made another gasket to replace the existing one, and with silicone sealant, I sealed both the frame to gasket, and gasket to catch.

This fixed the issue, so I did this with all my latch catches.

Did you ever figure out what to use for the seal?
We had some rain this morning and I had a leak on the upper seal on the Double door.

No, I never did get it worked out to my satisfaction.
