Replacement of Gas stove with electric

We have a 2016 39 MB that we FT in that is stationary in our RV port and we are researching installing a new electric galley stove. We found one (a Thor) that would fit with minor cabinet mods but interested in hearing any comments etc. note, I am aware about the 50 amp service that my unit has and will be adding a dedicated 240 plug that does not utilize the panel on my unit. thanks in advance

Ours is electric, but an Induction cook top.
I guess as long as your stationary you could do it with a separate line, but would have a problem if you ever decided to sell.

thanks for reply , resell could be an issue and will be looking for a solution. We tend to hold on to our rvs ( we downsized 5 years ago and currently have 4 rvs between our homeplace and lake Sinclair in Ga and our place in Fla). I suspect our kids will have to deal with the electric oven lol!
