To this day. Windish RV will not send me a copy of our walk through punch list. anyone else have a problem getting theirs. 38 days in the shop and counting.
I admire your patience! I think I would have pitched a tent on their lot and been in their faces every day. There's no reason that they should not give you a copy of the list and no excuse for 38 days to complete it! Are they communicating with you at all? Remember the old adage... "The squeaky wheel gets the oil" Do some squeaking!Edited by: Grandpa
I think I would be blocking their entrance until my rig was returned to me with all issues taken care of.

Our unit has been at another dealership, in our home state for 37 days. I wouldn't trust windish rv to flush a toilet properly. the main problem is no parts being shipped. the wrong parts shipped or I've been told certain parts have been shipped and they never arrive. this is all on redwood. now the dealer wants us to pick it up and bring it back, when more parts come in. how many trips might this be? At who's expense. maybe redwood should have looked at hiring qualified personal, toinsureaquality product.Instead of $8.00 an hour day labors. look at all youowners out there that are fixing redwood problems on your own, with out compensation. Dave you are right. we all know what the next step is.
A punch list a written list of things you found wrong with your Redwood unit during your walk thru (or any other type of unit). We requested a copy of ours and they make a copy for us when we left for the items to be fixed.
San Antonio never mentioned a punch list. Never gave us an opportunity to do that. The walk through only took about 25 minutes. Explore USA, as best as I can tell, is totally worthless.
If you are in that area stop past the dealership and ask for one. If they refuse then demand. Our dealership said it would be in our file.Edited by: Rooksfive

Windish RV still, will not give me a copy of our punch list. when Kirt, there service writer, told me there walk through guy Gary did not turn it in. I think the SOB threw it away.
