Battery Power

RV has been in storage for Winter
Need to access main electrical cable, which is auto winding and unwinding to connect to outside main power
Will not manually unwind
I probably switched off battery power inadvertently
I do I restore battery power to operate cable mechanism?
Thx

Might try hooking up jumper cables from your truck or replace the batteries. If they've been discharged all winter they're most likely done for.
If replacing be sure to get deep cycle Batteries. If there's CCA, CA or MCA listed on the top they're cranking batteries designed for starting vehicles not a good option for rv use, look for aH (amp hours) listed.
Just FYI! Unless you disconnected the battery negative cable from the battery for extended storage they'll be dead in as little as a few days, the factory battery disconnect DOES NOT totally disconnect the parasitic drains from the batteries.

Just plug in your tow plug ... will be enough power from your truck to power jacks, slides, reels, and battery charger.
