I did lower my awning on the slide as they had it...

I did lower my awning on the slide as they had it mounted very crooked, 2" lower on the rear arm so lowered the front arm.

Yes! Some/most of the early RWs if they didn't install them while being built the factory mounted the awnings too high to add toppers. I think I'd lower the awning & fill the holes with silicone,...
