I know this sounds stupid.....but do you have the...

I know this sounds stupid.....but do you have the control on the dash set to 9-10. Also, there is a slight delay. Have you tried pulling the trailer around the car lot and testing it that way?

On my 2012 F350, I had to scroll through the settings on the dash and set the brake controller to "electric/hydraulic". This will fix your problem
