Might have something in the tire that leaks only when setting on it.
I think I would at least pull it and check it closer.

Only way to really tell, is take it to a reliable tire dealer and have it dismounted and inspected.
I ran one flat for an unknown number of miles before discovering, my dealer say it was damaged...
