Bill, we had the same issue with our unit. It's a stress crack which has been addressed on the new Redwoods, but not on the older units. We fought hard and finally got the mfg to fix it last year...

Pulling 2013 36RL .. have had it into several different shops for a leak in the bedroom slide in slide (smaller slide). Slide floor was replaced by MFG., and problem supposedly fixed .....

Anyone have issues getting into the fw with the keys?

I was in and out of it this morning, came home this evening and can't get in. The latch key opens, the dead bolt key turns and you can feel the bolt moving, but the door won't budge.
