I so understand if I could give the 3901 2018 that we purchased in April back - I would. We have had nothing but problems, from the front door not installed correctly taking the paint off the frame...

We are buying a 390WB and notice the same thing - since the stool is over by the shower looks like it would have to be put behind it so we will try a free standing holder.
