Pur carefree awning will not go out

We arrived in AZ. We tried putting our awning out on our 2013 redwood 36rl 5th wheel. It is like there is no power. We have checked the fuses it is showing ok. Any other suggestions

I found an in-line fuse in the wall just below the switch for the awning on our living room slide.

Was the fuse in the garage of the 5th wheel? does the panel come off under those 2 switches in the garage? Thanks new to this and this 5th wheel is a 2013

Our '16 doesn't have the extra switches in the basement. The fuse I found was my pulling the switch off the wall and pulling up the exess wire to expose the inline fuse.
You probably need to pull the switch to see if you have +12V and that the switch is good.

On our 2015 Redwood, there are fuses behind the wall in the basement. One is for the awning. We have a door in the wall that allows access to the fuses. The awning fuse is 15 amps.

We have the same year and model Redwood. We had the same awning problem. After many unsuccessful hours with a voltmeter; I found the spade connections on the back of the awning switch inside the cabinet had loosened just enough to make a poor connection. I crimped the female spade a bit, reinstalled and the problem went away. It might be worth a try.

I had the same problem when I tried to put my awning out. I finally tried pulling on the arms (one person on each side) and prying underneath the awning on each side, while someone else pushed the switch. That worked, I think it had just been sitting in the sunshine so long that it had kind of stuck shut, or one of the arms was slightly crooked last time I put it back in. Hopefully your solution is as simple as mine was.

Mine was as simple as the plug (on the secondary awning) came unscrewed just enough to keep it from coming out.
