Does anybody know why this forum will NOT upload pics for avatars?

Pictures would be nice. Right now a lot of us look like sunsets or ?? Keep us posted if you have any success,

My avatar on here is the same one I use on the Crossroads forum. Under member profile go to "edit profile" then go down "select avatar" and put the link in for your picture. Then preview it and if looks okay go to the bottom and hit "update profile". Your avatar picture needs to be small, mine is 64X64 pixels. Hope this helps.

how do you get a 64x64 pixel picture? is there a way to convert a regular pic to this size and make it look good?

If you have the picture you want to use for your avatar downloaded toa picture hosting web site like Photobucket, Flickr, etc. you can adjust the size there. Regular pictures will be hard to see at that size in any detail.Edited by: Hunter11

I have a pic that is already 64x64 in jpg format and is less than 100kb but it will not upload just keeps telling me the page cannot be found.

Is this picture on your computer or a web hosting site? It will not load it from your computer it has to befroma web site.
