Rick - please send either Vaughan (Piper Guy) or I your name and that of your better half (along with your surname) so that we can make a sign up. The cutoff was supposed to be Monday, but I'll talk sweetly to Piper Guy.
Already sent a PM.
Thank you very much.

For those planning to attend the rally...

First, Redwood will be providing meals for the attendees at the rally, they have aske me to find out if anyone attending has any food allergies, it you are coming and have a restricted diet, please PM me with your needs ASAP.

As mentioned in an earlier message, the ROG will be hosting a covered dish on Saturday evening, the ROG will be providing the meat fro the meal. We would like to know if you will be attending and if so what you will be providing. I've heard from some of the attendees but many have not responded, if you plan to participate, please let me know.

For those attending the rally next week who have submitted Service Requests, I've been notified by Redwood that they will start looking over the sheets they have received this week. Redwood is only going to contact those who have submitted requests if they cannot do something or have additional questions about your request(s).

For those who have emailed me your form, I have forwarded everything I have received to Redwood.

Service will begin working on rigs on Thursday for those who will already be there.

For those attending who have not yet submitted requests, Redwood has asked to cutoff requests this Friday, July 31st so if you have not yet sent me your form, do so ASAP.

Scratch the potato casserole. I see that someone else is bringing something similar. I'll do some more thinking!

There will be a lot of people there. I would think another potato casserole won't go to waste

I agree! I suspect it's a pot luck. Whatever you bring will be appreciated and it doesn't matter if someone else brings something similar.

Now if we ended up with 60 macaroni salads, well, that could be interesting.
