Why is she mad at me ?

A note left by my wife on how to heat up dinner last night

"Shepherd’s Pie needs to be taken out of the fridge and placed in the oven at exactly 140 degrees for 45 minutes "

She always says I never listen,
so was I wrong in following her directions this time?!?

You probably would've been fine but you may have the Shepards Pie upside down. Ha! Ha!

Are you positive it was @ 140 degrees? really? I use a bubble level for my rig and am not sure I could get exactly perfect. It's likely yours might have been off a degree or two as well as so the oven would be as well.
