When was yours built? Do you have the electric cooktop? It appears I got took, if this is part of the full time package, which I have. Unless, if it changed for 15.5 models.

We looked for a long time before we purchased our redwood. I have had keystone Thor products from trailers to 5th wheels before in the last 30 years. You need to be handy with tools to own these things. Touch on wood I have only had minor problems that are repaired with common sense and a few old tools. Since buying this traile r I have read every thread on both redwood sites. The common denominator on both is #1 redwood stands behind their product. Their dealers do a good job of repairing problems, with a few exceptions but the biggest one is there seems to be less problems now than in 2012 when they started. I am very impressed with the quality of people that own these trailers and their selflessness to take the time to help their fellow rvrs with the problems that arise. I wish more people in North America were like you.
It makes me proud to be associated with you
Merry Xmas to all

Its a good rig we did a lot of research 2 yrs. You know how many rv's you look at in 2 yrs. We are full timers and have had a few problems but nothing to get in a twist about. There is some real quality in these rigs just have to remember that when you put 10,000 pieces in a box your going to have some issues. I Hope we can help in any way. Merry Christmas and God Bless

Our convection was a $473 option on the build sheet.
