ARE YOU SERIOUS!?? They got rid of the box frame? Holy buckets.......
They had to lose a lot of their followers (old Carriage guys) on that move. That means the bigfoot leveling goes away, because the I-beam flexes too much for the 4-pt.

Wow, I really hope they don't pull the box frame on DRV.

X2 Brad!!!

WOW what a marketing mistake. The box frame was their main selling point. Now that Thor owns DRV it wouldn't surprise me if they too change the frame.

I wonder where Tom went to? I send out my feelers and see what I can find out.

[QUOTE=Dave&Ginny;61741]Tom got a big promotion and is the GM of their biggest product line.[/QUOTE Good for Tom. Tom was the person that convinced me Redwood was the fifth wheel I wanted to go with. I spent about an hour on the phone with him and he explained and answered every question I could come up with concerning the Redwood. Great individual and deserves his success!

I guess it won't be long and the Big Horns will look a lot like the Redwood,Carriage, Landmark, DRV.

I agree Rick! Tom is a great guy and he helped sell me on the redwood as well. I have a lot of respect for him and a few others that helped launch the Redwood brand.

To be fair, Jim Lazzarino was also a great individual and helped me tremendously when I ran into walls trying to get warranty work done. Seems like upper management just wants to keep everyone hunting for the responsible manager when it comes to issues. Just about the time everyone learns who is responsible, they are moved or replaced.

We're staying positive and hopeful over here! Not a lot of information yet on what the next steps will be for the product...but I'm encouraged already at the involvement and experience that I've seen coming in with the "new guys".

Will keep you guys updated as I know more!
I am just so disappointed about all of this.

Maybe Christian's father will counsel her to find another line of work.

Not sure why anyone would take a top management job at Crossroads/Redwood when history says they will be fired in about two years!!! That seems to be Thor's management style.
