Help! Slides come out when lowering jacks

Hi, new RV owner. When I lower my front jacks, all 4 slides of our 2021 Redwood 4001lk come out and the rear jacks won’t extend at all. We had the same issue at the dealership, but they supposedly fixed it (haha). They said the hydraulic system had to be adjusted and I am not kicking myself for not having them show me exact what they did. Has anyone else had this problem and do you know how to fix it?

Our slide comes out while we travel. Yikes. The front jacks fall and the right slide comes out a few inches. We have used a rope to tie up the jacks and keep them in up position. Seems to work till we can get to repair place. Any one with this issue?

I have the problems you’re describing. It’s at dealer now. They’re working with Lippert on it. 2021 4001lk.

Either all the valves are leaking by in order for all jacks & slides to move, not likely.
Could be low on fluid?
With all jacks up & all slides in check the reservoir, the fluid should be within 1/4-1/2" below the opening. If not top off with 15w motorcycle fork oil. The fork oil will help with the popping/creaking when the jacks are deployed. Once reservoir is filled operate the jacks & slides a few times to mix fluid & work out the air.
The system could just have air in it? Operating the jacks & slides several times should work the air out.
Check the fluid minimum a couple times a year.
