Carol and Jim.
We are from Colorado Springs and just ordered a 38GK. Looking forward to almost retiring. Going to sell our home and live in the RW. We will travel a few times each year till full retirement. Look forward to meeting a few of you in the future.

We are very excited to get it and fill it with all our "stuff". Looking forward to slowing down and seeing the United States. Thanks again to everyone and hope to see you out and around. "Trust in the words written in RED"

Jim,
If you don't mind me asking, what Dealer did you use?

Congratulations on your 38 order. We just finished our long wait for our 38fl. The wait was well worth it. We love our coach. So here's how to pass the time, we had quite the list of things we felt we needed, and gave my wife a great opportunity to shop for 8 weeks. She had a great time and I had a great time adding to the list. LOL Good luck on finding the ground to park on. Maybe you should build a campground, we'd love to come down from Arvada several times a year. You know what they say "If you build it, we will come"

We have looked numerous times on land to put in 30-40 camp sites. Location is hard and then the costs go to 1 million$ real fast. Would love to own a small camp site.

Are you happy with them? Service wise? I've got to see if I can get them to do my annual inspection and a little warranty work.

Service

We haven't done business with Windish yet. A friend of mine bought a new camper two years back from them and they were happy.

Congrats on your new coach. Waiting was hard, but ours, 36RL, was in a couple weeks sooner than promised. We had never took delivery of a new unit before but thanks to this forum I double checked things I wouldn't have thought to do on my own. My husband was dumbfounded when I climbed up the back ladder & checked & took pictures of the roof. Lol. You'll love it!!
