On Dec. 29/11 I took possession of a 2012 Redwood. A few
minor issues to be looked after. One problem is with the auto level it leaves
the front low. I would like to know if the system can be recalibrated. Hope
some can help.</span><?: prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /></span>

There is a procedure for zero setting the control on the LCI cd supplied with your user documentation. You might try that.

The process is rather easy, except for counting to make sure you only hit the correct button the correct number of times. I have re-calabrated the system on my Montana several times, especially after the control head was replaced. Once set it does an excellent job of repeating time after time. Sure came in handy yesterday, just as we got back to the park there was a down pour, qjuick put down the front landing jack, disconnect and pull the TV forward, hit the Auto-Level button and presto we're level, put out the slides and wait for the rain to stop to finish setup. Enjoy
