I just got Flying J and Pilot rewards card from Good Sam's and used it today. It worked like they said it would with a discount (5 cents) and gives reward points.

Doesanybody else use cards like this and are there other types of cards out there?

I just received my card from Good Sam as well, but have not used it yet. If it works like they say, then it will be a good thing.

Just activated mine. Will use them soon. The diesel prices in the us are much better than ours and I carry a 125 gal tank in the box in front of the hitch. Looking forward to saving some money. It's only a 4 hr return drive and to save almost 1.50 a gal for 125 gal, think it is worth it

WE have the Pilot/Flying J fuel cards through the Good Sam Club. We get .08 cents off the cash price per gal. for diesel. saving can sure add up over a period of time.

It RV PLUS through Good Sam Club. a Pilot/ Flying J fuel credit card for use at Pilot or Flying J. by having this card, you get discounts. this is for Good Sam members only. for example, we are life members of Good Sam so we get .08 off the cash price of diesel by using the fuel credit card and there are no fees. go to the Good Sam web site for info.

If You get a Walmart Discover Card you save $.05 a gallon and their fuel is usually 3 to 5 cents lower anyway,,,We use the card for fuel for all 3 of our vehicles and pay off at end of month....No cost and we get 1% cash back

I just got diesel at Chevron for $3.83 a gallon, pretty good for 51 cetane levels. I also went by Robinson brothers and picked up 20 oz. bottle of Cetane and Proformance Booster and added 5 oz. I filled up before my last trip at Pilot and had to wait on a few 18 wheelers plus paid 4.09 a gallon, that will not happen again, plus Pilot is probable at a 40 octane level.

I use a Shell card and King Soopers and get $0.10 a gallon off, but it gets complicated because its tied to how much groceries we purchase. I let the DW figure it out.

Maybe if we quit buying so many groceries to get discounts on fuel, we would get better fuel mileage because we would weigh less, hmmmmm

Just bought gas here in Burleson, Texas 87 octane gas was $3.36 gallon and diesel was $3.65 If you have the Walmart credit card or the Walmart Discover card there is a 15 cent a gallon discount on their fuels ... So I spent 3.21 on my gas trucks and $3.50 on my diesel...Don't know how long the discount last ....Last time they had this large a discount it lasted for about 4 months...YeeHaw

Yep! We did that in Bedford, TX, too. 15 cents less a gallon. We don't have a Walmart CC, but you can go into the store and get a gift card, then use that. What a deal.

I happen to have the King Sooper card, because that's where we shop here in CO, so I use that when I can. Darn, I wish Costco would carry diesel.

I try to use a gift card from walmart to buy fuel where ever there is a Murphy USA. The gift card reduces fuel cost by .10c or if you have a Walmart Credit or Money card you get .15c off a gallon. Lots of Murphys in the south.
