After having an inspection, for my purposes, I think the inspection is basically useless. They didn't tell me anything I didn't already know and in fact I'm betting I'll fix the minor issues better...

The checklist is on the first few pages of your manual. It's pretty useless if you ask me. It's way too high level. I don't see how Redwood could trust that list to uphold your warranty.

Their inconsistency is pretty humorous. Either way it sounds easier than going to just Redwood dealers for which only a couple of us seemed to have good experiences with.
