I tried to get Andi, but was refered to someone else. I will try Andi again next week as there are a few more issues that I wasn't able to talk to them about.

Don't know all the rep would say is that is why they work with the dealerships. He made clear they don't want us bring the units back to the factory unless there is a major repair the dealer can't...
