California seems to be the one state that truly enforces their motor vehicle laws. You don't have to like the laws but they do enforce them.

My 36re and 08 GMC CC dually 2wd loaded and full...

My 36re and 08 GMC CC dually 2wd loaded and full of water is only 23,400. Can't be too many over 26k.
