I am wrong. Disregard this. I have a bushing which is 1-47/64" long but I think it is the wrong length. Don't have the RW here to measure.

Probably. I have a new set of bronze bushings and wet bolts. The bolts are 9/16" diameter. The bushings are 11'16" OD and 19/32" ID. So the bolts are a loose fit inside the bushing (1/32" clearance)...
