I just recently painted my hitch jaws bright yellow so we, too, can verify the hitch is locked. I'm not sure if it was you or someone else recommending the paint, but it was a great idea.

I gave up a long time ago on the return system. It was inconsistent to say the least. The wife handles the adjustment manually as I back up. Works great every time!!!!!:)
