My RCA DVD RTB 1100 quit playing after 3 days....

My RCA DVD RTB 1100 quit playing after 3 days. Became very hot and door would not open. Reported to Redwood and I was sent a new DVD player,same kind. This one becomes very hot also and sound blips...
