Thanks TT. I agree, but labor is the part that costs the most, and anyway I am pretty sure I just paid for brand new shackles and bushings.

We agree and will be working on that for sure. I would think that would be a win/win for Redwood, we are willing to pay parts and it cannot be a big labor difference. I'll let you know what happens.

Is there some reason we should not expect shredded shackle bushings to be a warranty issue? We are in service right now and ours are shredded after less than 3000 miles including tow from factory....

Todd is under the trailer right now taking a look at our shackles. The bushings are shot, and nearly gone, some melted. We are going in for service tomorrow and they are going to inspect this mess....
