Are you sure you don't have your slide isolated at your pump?

As long as your pump works the leveling system, the problem isn't your pump. Your slides are pushed in and out by cylinders...

The first thing I'd check would be the jacks. If the pump turns on for the jacks....you know there's power there. Then you can start at the switch and work back toward the pump.
